"VILLA DALMOORA" REGISTRATION

Your booking is subject to the following terms and conditions

Bookings

• Of the total rental payable, 50% is required for confirmation of your booking.
• Balance of rental to be paid one week prior to occupancy. Keys will not be handed out unless the rental has been paid in full
• Payment by Visa or Mastercard is preferred and no bond is required. Your credit card details are retained by us to cover damage, breakages and extra cleaning costs. By proceeding with this booking you are authorising us to charge to your credit card, not more than $100.00, for damages, breakages and extra cleaning costs.
• Rentals quoted are correct at the time of booking and are subject to change without notice. In the event of a rental increase, confirmed bookings will remain at the agreed rental.
• If you cancel your booking your deposit will be forfeited. If however "Villa Dalmoora" is re-let for the entire period of your booking, a cancellation fee of $50 will be charged and the balance of your deposit refunded.
• This booking is accepted on the basis of existing circumstances and in good faith. However we reserve the right to make changes ( prior to the commencement of your stay) if circumstances change eg fire, storm damage or other matters outside our control.

Arrival and departure times

• Check-in time is 3pm on the day of arrival. The premises must be vacated by 10am on the day of departure to allow adequate time for cleaning

Housekeeping

• MAXIMUM OF 8 PEOPLE. The house contains 2 queen size beds and 4 single beds and can accommodate a maximum of eight persons. This number must not be exceeded.
• Linen is NOT provided except for doona covers but arrangements can be made to hire linen. Otherwise you need to bring your own sheets, pillow cases, teatowels, towels etc
• "Villa Dalmoora" has been cleaned and checked prior to your arrival.. There are only FOUR HOURS between your departure and the next arrival, please leave it in the condition in which you found it, otherwise extra cleaning costs will be incurred.
• All breakages, damage and lost keys, must be reported to our manager, prior to your departure. You will be required to pay the cost of replacements and particularly, any extra cleaning costs.

Some do's and don'ts

• For health reasons PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED
• Do NOT cause a nuisance to the neighbours, which can include loud music and noisy gatherings
• Do NOT clean fish on the property. Fish cleaning tables are available at all boat ramps and the public wharf.

Privacy policy

Your personal information that you provide us with or is collected from other sources, is necessary for us to verify your identity to manage the tenancy.This information will be held in a secure file that cannot be accessed by anyone else. Personal information collected about you may be disclosed to our manager and maintenance or other contractors employed by us. If you would like to access the personal information held by us, you can contact us on anne@mooramoora.com.au. Your credit card details would NOT be disclosed to anyone.
