It is a few doors from Anton's restaurant and a two minute stroll to Kianga Beach which provides good swimming, fishing, barbeques, picnic tables and a playground for children, as well as toilets and shower.

• The lounge room, which is upstairs, has entertainment facilities: TV, video, dvd, a new Net Top Box, CD player, books and games. It has a magnificent ocean view.
• The renovated kitchen, also overlooking the ocean, is well appointed with wall oven and bench cooktop, microwave and two-drawer dishwasher and various electrical appliances.
